Cat Hotel Boarding Rates

 

At Whisker Ridge Retreat, your kitties enjoy a cozy, calm, cats-only stay with plenty of love, enrichment, and personalized care.

We are here with your kitties 7 days/week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and are often here earlier and later as well.

Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit ($25 minimum, or the full booking amount if less than $25) is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit is applied toward your boarding balance and is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Boarding Rates

• $20/night for 1 cat/catio

• $10/night for each additional cat sharing the same catio

• Additional cats sharing the same catio receive the discounted rate. Cats requiring separate catios are charged the standard single-cat rate of $20 per night for 1 cat + $10/night for each additional cat in same catio. 

• Loyalty Points Program:  9 paid nights = 10th night FREE

 

Holiday Rates (New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

• $30/night for 1 cat

• $15/night for each additional cat

• Additional cats sharing the same catio receive the discounted rate. Cats requiring separate catios are charged the standard single-cat rate of $30 per night for 1 cat + $15/night for each additional cat in same catio. 

 

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in before 11:00 AM by appointment

• Check-out by 5:00 PM by appointment

• $15 fee for late pick-up or early drop-off (must be pre-arranged)

 

Every Stay Includes

• High-quality dry kibble (no food coloring)

• Fresh water daily

• Food & water bowls

• Litter & litter boxes

• Toys & enrichment

• Brushing & cuddles

• Daily photo and/or video updates

 

Reservation Deposits & Cancellation Policy

To secure your kitty's reservation at Whisker Ridge Retreat, a 25% deposit ($25 minimum) is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your kitty's stay, with the remaining balance due at check-in.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full deposit refund, with no cancellation penalty.

​

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Because we have a limited number of catios and reserve each space exclusively for your kitty, this policy helps us accommodate as many furry guests as possible while keeping reservations fair for everyone.
